Anybody remember/care when I wrote those lyrics to Zelda's Lullaby a few months ago? I tried to sing it, but it was a major fail. Tonight I recorded it with a close friend of mine who is majoring in vocal performance, and basically you should all stop what you are doing and listen because her singing is AMAZING. I suppose it's a little early to judge much, but it definitely exceeded my expectations yesterday. My roommate is a lot of fun and really nice, and while I'd already met her, I was a little nervous about my suitemates since none of us knew who they would be ahead of time. Turns out they're awesome and we stayed up till midnight watching comedies because there was a dorm hall meeting then and we didn't want to fall asleep beforehand. I really hope that this one is as well-received. Thanks to my computer crashing, I don't have use of Adobe Premiere Elements, which means that the sound quality is slightly less awesome than it could have been. But it's still better than the iPhone Voice Memo thing I was using before.
